Second day in a row and my groin felt a lot better over 30 minutes today. I’ll see how I feel tomorrow but fingers crossed that I’m back in the game. I kept a steady pace and then upped it to my 10K pace at the end, even though it was a recovery run. I’m feeling good that I’m back in the game.
