Atb with your 20 miler.In mid June I got to 31km so I have a bit of work to do to get back there and alongside you GTFC.Its not a race but we are going to do this.I just tried it out on my 3rd 5km in 4 days since starting back, the head was the star, so I start with the head/paceβ ,legs just about doable/ strengthβ , heart/ambition/inspiration π€well it was my head that came to my rescue and would not let me quit.Note to self, put in the miles and work on my heart.
