Nice to hear from you again Tbae, you have certainly not died and gone to paradise as those ladies thought, congratulations on completing that 10K, well done, I hope you are keeping well.
Fantastic Tbae! I'm long overdue a return to N Wales and visit to family. Fingers crossed we will get there again soon. So pleased to see you back at 10k - you must be delighted!
Thanks for the magic you keep providing for the Forum, both as a runner and an Admin.Inspiringβ‘οΈπ₯.
Got home and told the OH about the ladies, apparently they do it very often.Itβs a new health fad.Did not dare take any pics. That would have been bang out of order.Should have when they were in the sea with huge waves and three bobbing heads.
I have missed the forum and I am going to catch up.
Hope James Harper will post his 100k plus ultra race report. He has already been analysing his race, preparation and shoes.
He may have his fuelling sorted not sure.?
He wears Kipchogeβs carbon fibre which he reckons are marvellous for one marathon. Not beyond.?
You will just love this young talent Abi,he is still learning lots but he knows some stuff also.
Wishing you every success with everything Abi,
Thank you again for the platform.Btw the Kipchoge smile works.I keep smiling and calling out Kip-chogeee.ππ
