Two weeks into my return and consolidating with 5k trots and 25km/week.Two 5k’s, one early morning and one late morning gives my first 10k in 3 months.Planning to build and consolidate with that to get my first continuous 10k.Of course the 10% adaption rule will serve its purpose also.I am going to try building, joining up and consolidating multiples of 5k sessions all the way through to HM and M.
