2mile up a big hill then I ran down it so total just 4mile but felt good but it's a start just hope I can keep it up am going to try everyone on here have realy given me alot of kind words and it's been very much appreciated thank you everyone especially a very thoughtful person thank you

Well done, it is a great start. Some days will be hard and others not so much. It depends on how things are going at home. The head space really does help to cope and keep focused at home.
