One of them days.

Up early and out to see my physio and X-ray and ultrasound results of my rotator cuff/shoulder.

Just as I suspected from historical X-ray results osteoarthritis/psuedogout due to chondrocalcinosis in all my joints.Ultrasound shows nothing wrong muscularly.

Months of pain but improving.Got to keep doing planks/ push ups/ one specific exercise for rotator cuff.Light load high repetitions.

Next time and if things do not improve Steriod injections.

I shudder to think where I would be at,if I had not taken up trotting 2 years ago.Keep on keeping on.πŸ’₯

So got home delighted to know what I am up against.

So decided I will go from the door 3k out and back before lunch via the promenade.πŸ€”

Tide in and blowing a hooley, straight through the spray for half a km, drowned rat,so home after 2.5 km, wasted a good trot because wind apart it was a lovely day.

Felt so good venturing out.Got home with a shoe lace open, that never happens.Anyway stripped off got into warm stuff and went to upload my trot.I was thinking well at least I will be the only one across that promenade today.

Well more to come,I had erased my phone on Sunday and should have unpaired my watch before doing that.πŸ™ˆSo had to erase my watch, lose the record of the run, before I could establish pairing again.

Think I am all sorted again.Eyeing up a long trot in the next couple of days.

There are no problems only solutions but it does help to let common sense prevail.Did not even take a pic.πŸ™ˆ

I will never do any of that again.πŸ™ˆπŸ€”

'There are no problems only solutions' - fabulous!

Can you do a manual entry to strava and your watch?

Now there’s one for Apple Linda.πŸ€”πŸ˜‚

I was laughing with James the Apple techie,he kept saying don’t apologise it’s a learning experience.I told him I was a one eyed, 76 year old,Mr Magoo, that just wanted to trot. They are very clever and very helpful.Nothing a problem. He was so apologetic that I had to lose the record of my trot.Bet you I was the only one across that promenade today.πŸ™ˆπŸ˜‚

Hope I understood you correctly. But short answer is yes because both are syhched. Everything on the iPhone can be on the watch if you are not worried about battery life.I am now when trying to build upto 7 hours on my feet.πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

I meant, if you have lost the record of your trot, both on strava and on your watch, you can definitely add it manually into strava so the trot shows in your history. I also know you can manually add a record of a trot to garmin. Apple? That's a mystery to me, witchcraft afoot in that camp! I've no idea whether you can add anything manually to it's records πŸ˜€

Yes Linda thanks.I did add it manually on my phone.I will check, but almost +ve that can be done also on the Apple Watch.πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

At last some answers about your shoulder pain. I hope the exercises are enough to ease it... 🀞

You did run....you can put a manual entry in on Strava if you log on to a PC to do it. Only the duration of the run and you put the distance in...it will come up with pace itself...no map though. But we can give you kudos. Well done Sir!❀😊xxx

Yes thanks Jan.❀️

On my Xr iPhone I can put a manual entry in on Strava.I must have a look but I think I can also go into the Strava app on my series4 watch and also submit a manual entry.Normally I just record the Strava run on the watch and upload πŸ€” on my phone so I can edit it.πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
