Bad this loop was supposed to be a 12k turned out to be only 10.5km.Also too many traffic hazards for me on my blind side. When the wind blows against you across the cob at that sea link it’s a battle.
So I am going give this loop the boot from my plans.
Good.
Going to make more use of nearby Penrhos Coastal Park.Got to drive there but safer, off road.Should be able to have a 4K loop with some elevation included and crank up the loops and distance from there combined with a coastal 10 k loop from my door.
Thanks to Abi’s posts got lots more to think about.
So got a 12k Friday and that ticks off 112k✅for Jan.,plan is 108k for Feb.,150k for Mar.,200k for April.
Got to suck it and see and hang onto my “enjoy and get home safe” and my new “123 dance”.
I need to understand my watch better,to avoid mess ups and 3 parts to the one long run.

Just disenabled my pause facility on Strava.Think that will help me.Anytime I have to fiddle with my phone to manually repeat a podcast,I/it messes up.Need to see if I can get auto repeat enabled also.Just updated software on both watch and phone.
Now thinking and moving toward self sufficiency and off road requirements. But thanks to you and others on here my confidence is building and becoming more open and perhaps more able to latch onto other strategies.
I have disabled the auto pause thing too. My app is poor for recording intervals but I’ve got my Garmin. I can’t see to read it without specs so it’s a bit of a guessing game 😁
Just enjoy yourself and whatever will be will be 🤷♀️
I just like running and not going to worry about stuff 🙂
