Posted already about issues so spent the day updating software enabling and disabling stuff on iPhone and watch and choosing a new building route and indeed my bespoke marathon.
So from week 4 completed on Friday I will have reached 10k, 11k and 12k for Jan., and have shed some of the Xmas excess lbs.
Feb I will reach the HM and shed a few more lbs.Its 18 months since my first ever HM.
Mar I plan to reach 32k and a few more Ibs less.
April โ off the Marathon and perhaps I maybe 12 stone.Never been that in decades.๐๐ค๐คฃ

You are doing very well in your running, 12K for January, very good.

Running heals a sore back, this morning I planned to run for 35 minutes as part of a practice run for the official start of JuJu's Magic 10 K which officially begins on Friday, however, I had a slightly sore back, nevertheless I did run a bit slower than my usual pace, probably around 37 minutes 5K pace, after the 35 minute run my back was no longer sore, so if you have a sore back, give it a try and who knows at the end of the run your back will no longer be sore, as long as you don't run too fast, my back is fine now, probably due to my run this morning., ๐

Interesting about your feed back.I have no other response and not aware of any other problems.I initiated these tweaks to help me in my runs,so as not to have to manual initiate stuff on the trot.When I posted last week I noticed my post was displayed twice, so unfortunately had to delete the one with our conversation because more replies on other.Sorry.
Not aware of any other communication problems with my iOS operating system.
My signal is not great,but have wi fi, 4g, but even then smart phones talking to Android and non wi fi can be troublesome.
Took my Camelbak with me today first time and tried a snack on the trot also.Its all training. Intended doing a 12k but decided I will do that on Sunday.Enjoyed my 7k trot.
Great stuff. Iโve not run with a bladder yet I hope it went ok ๐. Iโve got a new pack but it came without bottles or bladder
I thought about you as I did some yoga to a dvd the other day as Iโve been running a lot. It was fab! I realised how stiff I was ๐ฌ. Great for getting unkinked ๐. Try it out ๐
