Just got back from what was meant to be a 3K run but because my friend and I were chatting away with each other, we forgot to turn around at the 1.5K turning point so we ran a total of 4K today! The run felt great, was going at a nice pace and I felt like I could have kept on going when we had finished! Tuesday's sports massage worked a treat too, I had no pain in my ankles at all when I ran today! The back of my left thigh felt tight though and feels very tender, so will keep an eye on that for the next few days! I feel like I've had a real boost in my training despite everything that has been going on for me lately!
And it just got a little bit more real that I'm running the Bath Half in five weeks time! Here's the vest I picked up yesterday from the charity I am raising money for that I'll be wearing on the day!
