Note to self: do not go off too fast or you will get a stitch!
So I was just doing an 8 minute run, 5 minute walk and then another 8 minute run on Sunday. I knew I had gone off too fast right from the get go because I was breathing is twos, as opposed to my usual threes. My body very quickly told me that I was going too fast too soon with a mild stitch - such a classic rookie mistake hahahaha! I was glad for the 5 minutes in the middle to recover! The 2nd 8-minute run, however, went so well and felt so great! I was going along at a nice speed and I felt like I could run forever! I love it when I have those runs! My knee has a big of a niggle this morning so maybe I was a bit over-enthusiastic yesterday, so will have to be careful during tomorrow's run!
In other news, I seem to have lost my running headphones, so I will have to try and hunt them down before my next run!

Take all your runs slow and steady, you could have begun your run as you say a little too fast, sorry about you losing your running headphones, I hope you find them before your next run. 🏃🏾
Yes very true! I put down my red ones, found my purple running ones straight after and then I can't remember where I put my red ones - this all happened within 5 minutes hahaha
