Going from my gate and using a 10k and 12k loop to get the km’s done and the substantial time.At 10 mins/km that’s a lot of minutes/hours.πŸ™ˆπŸ€”πŸ€£

That was pretty much my approach. I have a 3k loop and an 8k loop (same start/finish for both, which is handy). Last night I went 3k, 8k, 8k then 2.25k before using the last .75k as my cool down walk.

Whatever gets us there, I guess...
