Two weeks down and juggling next two weeks. So first two weeks 11k total/6k long run, 18k tot./ 7.5k long run.✅
Next two weeks 18.5k tot./8.5k and 20k Tot/ 10k plan.
So by Sun 04/02/20 should be 11 Trots of 32 and first 10k for well over a year.👍💪
I will then look forward and backward and apply the 10% rule route to HM.
Not going to get too far ahead of myself.Beginning to consolidate a very comfortable easy trot that just feels like a dance.Still using Laura’s podcasts to keep me focused on form and trying to improve my consistency of splits.Boring is good.
I am starting to pay attention to uneven ground also, and where and when I can run, no long leg/short leg stuff.Hills are OK, running on sloping roads and sloping pavements minimising where I can.Its detail but good detail.
Don’t want to jinx myself but as they say FTP is PTF.
Deliberately avoided using the negative word on here.It is not relevant in our running journeys, everything is win,win when you think about it.

What a lovely photo of you and your grandchildren Tbae, that is a excellent running plan you have, indeed, "go the magic forum"
.This afternoon I intend to run, run 1 of Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan, I notice that it's 2.5k or a 15 minutes run, so dispite the fact that I walked 12K this morning, hopefully the run this afternoon should not be too tiring. 😊
Your quick Alan, but don’t push it unless it feels good, especially if you just want to tick✅ it off.
Gan on yoursel Alan.
Enjoy your 10 k plan.I know you have done 10k before and at good times also. Are you repeating it.If it’s rebuilding the slower the better. It gives max benefit that way.You can then cut loose when you finish.
Atb Alan, I know you will enjoy it.
I just know your going to ✅✅ sub 30 & sub 60, it’s only a matter of time at your choosing.
It is and I have signed up for it, but until it officially starts I will be running a few of the shorter runs to check out my legs, there is a new running route near to where I live, very handy for shorter runs.
I was out trotting today. Slow jog on icy pavements. It was dead sunny though.
I hope you can get a run in decent weather; juggling children permitting. I’ve got my niece’s dog for the next seven days It’s all go innit Fun though 😃
I have hit a purple patch and I am going to be careful with the GFI6 and interval stuff.
I am a novice, and somehow because of Bazza 1234’s experience for example, I thought I would try and maintain a bit of seperate sprint stuff sprinkled in every 2nd week.🤔
