Signed up for my first 10

In the last 3 weeks of B20k for the second time as using it for a training plan for my first 10 k on the 13th October in Nicosia Cyprus. On WK 6, an achey hip after doing a 4 and a 5 on consecutive days so am resting at least today. Hopefully it will not be hot. The one thing is I don't know the course so no idea on gradients! It is supposed to be published in the next day or so.

I did my first 10k in a race while completing the B210k plan - it's a great way of celebrating this achievement! I hope you enjoy your stay in Cyprus

Good luck Jonno. The first 10k race is really special. Just take it slowly on the long run and you’ll get there.
