Male infertility - non obstructive azoospermia
Hello, is there anyone here that has conceived with undergoing micro TESE surgery and ICSI or naturally with non obstructive azoospermia? Can micro TESE surgery be repeated for another round of ICSI? Is there any supplements or cure that can help with that? Any recommendations will be much appreciated

Male infertility, OHSS, s*xless relationship
My issue is, since my husband received the news about the
male
infertility
issues, he won't touch me. There has been little to no sex. He has confided in saying he doesn't feel like himself with this news, he feels like a failure and that his body doesn't work.

male factor investigations
What I’m a bit confused about is beyond basic sperm analysis there’s been no additional explorations to find out the cause - no physical examination or anything… Has anyone had any experience of explorations into
male
infertility
on the nhs? What do we need to ask (or push) for? Thanks

Question on donor sperm
I’d love to hear stories from people about their journey with
male
infertility
and at what stage they would suggest to use donor sperm. At his last sperm analysis my partners sperm count was 1.3million per ml with poor motility and morphology too.

Lost and Anxious - Low AMH, Mild adenomyosis, borderline male infertility
Hello everyone, I hope you’re all as well as can be. Apologies for the long message! I am really lost and my anxiety of making the wrong decisions is stopping us from moving forward! I’m 34, my husband is 39, we conceived naturally in September 2019 and despite pregnancy complications, we were blessed

Ubiquinol/Coq10- Impact on cycle length
hello everyone , I have recently started Coq10. I think it has been around 20 days or so. I have switched to Ubiquinol last week and have notice I came on my periods a week earlier. I have a regular cycle and changes in length happens very rarely so I am confused whether it’s due to Coq10. Has anyone

Ubiquinol or Ubiquinone???
I'm taking Coq10 in the lead up to my 2nd IVF egg retrieval in the hope of improving egg quality (along with diet changes). Most of my eggs were immature in the 1st round leading to poor results...I've noticed many people recommend Uniquinol and I've just noticed I've been taking Ubiquinone. I bought

Exercise and infertility
Hi everyone, The arrival of another period has sent me into another frenzy of Googling and questioning absolutely everything I'm doing. My period was a couple of days late and stupidly allowed myself to hope that it had finally happened 😞 So this mornings panic is - am I doing too much exercise,

ubiquinone vs ubiquinol
I have just realised my Coq10 I’ve been taking for three months is ubiquinone form. I just thought I was taking ubiquinol 😫 Been doing 300mg twice a day. I’m worried I’ve missed a trick now. I’ve ordered some ubiquinol now but I’m starting downreg in about three weeks. Thoughts please lovely people

Total fertilisation failure ICSI
My AMH is good for my age at 18.6, 39yrs, and its
male
factor
infertility
. I was on the long protocol and was always dubious about the ramp up in stims... Our follow up appt isnt until weeks away and I just feel lost and in the dark. Has anyone experienced this rare outcome?

Egg quantity at 39
(its
male
factor
infertility
) This time round they've ramped up my stims and when I asked how many more eggs they're hoping for this round, his words were "as many as possible". He also mentioned 15 being the number they want no matter what age.

In my 2ww wait and feeling helpless and deflated after testing too early after FET :( any advice to stay hopeful? X
It’s been such a long journey to get to this point almost 3.5 years just to complete my 1st round of IVF (
male
infertility
, donor selections, clinic delays of treatment, surgery to remove 18x10cm fibroid) , I have no Frosties as this was my one and only special embryo that made it to a day 5 blastocyst

Sperm defragmentation testing and PICSI
We have
male
factor
infertility
. The private Dr brought up doing a sperm defragmentation test and moving forward with PICSI. The NHS Dr indicated that this was not necessary and that if we moved to private to only do PGTA testing on the embryos.

Post ectopic pregnancy
Hello, new here. Just wondering if anyone else had trouble conceiving after having a salpingectomy? And how long it took post surgery to conceive again? Im 36 and have only had one pregnancy in a year and a half of trying, it was unfortunately ectopic. Not sure if we should keep trying or go to our GP
