Problem with EBV
Hi all I have active EBV, but I can't take
Lysine
because it reduces my sleep-5,6 hours and I sleep very poorly by waking up several times during the night. My question is, is there anything else that can successfully replace
Lysine

Correcting Mitochondrial Dysfunction
There are two interesting studies: 1. Melatonin 50mg per day corrects mitochondrial dysfunction and brings mitochondrial activity back to healthy control level in 3 months. 2. GlyNAC ( Glycine and NAC each at 100mg per kg per day ) corrects mitochondrial dysfunction and brings mitochondrial activity

GYLNAC
I have to confess. I recently posted about my success with Nicotine patches. I just found this important on Glynac. Short for glycine and NAC. I’ve taken restore, gold pretty much since diagnosed. I don’t sell the stuff, but I am believer in its ingredients. NAC is the primary ingredient. About the

Unlocking the Maze of B Complexes: A Handy List for Safe Dosages and Bioactive Vitamins
It can be quite challenging to find reliable B-complex supplements that are safe in terms of dosage. Additionally, it is advisable to opt for bioactive vitamins for added safety. autoimmunity
I went to Laurie Mischley’s alumni camp in August. One of the Labs that I decided to get done called Nuro zoomer I believe, had an interesting result. Turns out I have auto immunity to my glycine receptors. There’s not a whole lot about this online, but apparently in some cases it can cause parkinsonism
