alpha-lipoic acid

hi all,

can you take alpha-lipoic acid at anytime of the day away from thyroid meds? I’ve got burning mouth syndrome/metallic taste in my mouth and read the above can help (with vitamin c and L Lysine) but it can interfere with thyroid meds?

I take ALA in powder form. I don't take anything within 1 hour of Levothyroxine. No issues with any of it. If you haven't tried the powder form, be warned.... it burns the mouth and throat for a few minutes. Powder is better than capsules for absorption.
