Hi does anyone have any tips on keeping my hands warm in a cold house? I'm a lodger in a family house, and the house is almost always freezing because it is an old house. My hands are very cold, and I do a lot of typing on my computer.
My consultant thinks the chilblains might be lupus-related.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
What about fingerless gloves? Keeping the back of your hands warm is important.

A body warmer also helps keep limbs and hands warm - when you are cold, your peripheral circulation closes down to send the warm blood to your heart and other organs. If your core is warm, it knows it doesn't have to worry about that. And my daughter swears by her electric throw!
Dreamland do electric throws/ heated back warmers and foot warmers. I live in a freezing house and have found wearing a woolly hat helps if you’re really cold
