I can only post one picture, unfortunately. This is the most current. Although they look red in the picture, they kinda look almost purpleish up close . They are just these small circular little spots. I get them on and off ever since I was 15 and they leave pigment loss when they go away.

sorry it’s hard to tell, are you getting it biopsied, that’s how I got diagnosed. My dermotologist said mine looked as if she could peel a bit of skin like lifting a carpet, it wouldn’t bleed, but it would grow again if I did peel it off. It did leave red marks.
I actually get the same. Mine is in the same place but on the right hand side of my back. It is fairly persistent and at times burns and is itchy. I haven't asked yet so I am not sure if it is lupus related.
