Help I don’t understand

So for the last 4 months I’ve been having pain in my muscles and head as well as tingling and a burning sensation. Also extreme fatigue and a red rash on my cheeks and trouble swallowing.My doctor gave me prednisone to treat because crp and esr were high. She also started me on plaquenil. Now before the medicine I had 2 positive Ana with nucleoar . She rechecked a couple days ago and my Ana was negative. How can that be? She believes I have lupus and myositis. Has anyone have that happen to them

hello. Are you asking if the ANA test can come back normal after being treated with prednisone and plaquenil? Without more information it is difficult to respond. But based on my own experience as my ANA was recently tested because I had a whole panel of blood tests. So after 10 years it is in the normal range. This is what folks call “remission.” I’m happy for it even if my body doesn’t feel normal 😊 Maybe someone else has an opinion! MM

Yes I was asking that. I did get the answer and yes medicine can make the titre low . Thank you for responding
