Flushed cheeks

I have a constant flush to my cheeks that goes up to my temples and makes like a triangle shape on my cheeks but doesn't reach across my nose. Is this still a symptom of lupus?

I have a few other symptoms I'm concerned about, the one causing me the most trouble is pain in my left hip, which has been on and off for a while, but is particularly painful at the moment! My hair falls out all the time and has done for a years. During both of my pregnancies my platelets dropped below 100, but did return to within a normal range after. I feel a bit silly as none of these things are causing me a big problem particularly, but they are things I'm aware of. My brother had to have half of his thyroid removed due to a growth and my mum has coeliac disease so I know I'm more likely to have an autoimmune condition, due to my family background.

I do feel a bit crazy for thinking this though... 😱

Could be a post partum hypo-thyroid? Dry skin, hair loss, constipation, heat intolerence, cold extremities, dry eyes etc? A full thyroid panel, ana and ssa/ssb should rule out things +
