M upset n disappointed that my thyroid has been elevated I m doing my best regarding food exercise meds

Also have high blood pressure

Fibromyalgia arthritis

Sjogens osteoarthritis

Just venting out sorry

Most of us have a thyroid disorder

You must get these hormones checked out by a qualified endocrinologist: T3, T4 and TSH. Your GP must refer and/ or get blood tests done ASAP!

TSH= Thyroid stimulating hormone

T3, T4 are specific thyroid hormones.
