There's been a three year break because of the pandemic but now the World Finals of Dog frisbee are going ahead with these two contestants taking part in the Toss and Fetch category!. I'm sure a lot of your lovely dogs would like to have a go!. 🙂

Hi Misty. Oh what fun that looks but as you say I wish I had even half their energy!🤣 We arrived in Keswick yesterday and moved one of the sofas to where we had it last year only to find a mass of cocoons and chewed carpet under it! A moth infestation!🤢 Luckily the vacuum was in the hall cupboard so we set to work cleaning it up as we’d hate to take some of the perishers home with us!😩 Poor hubby had to do most of the work because my shoulder and back are still very painful, but it is so nice to be here and able to relax now the cleaning is done!🤣
Sorry your foot pain is creeping back 😩 and that you still haven’t heard back about upper GI surgical appt. That’s miserable. I’m still waiting for my Rheumy appt which was due at the end of August. I’ve reminded them twice but they just keep saying they’ll get to me they are just so far behind! Isn’t it awful?

Glad you arrived in Keswick, sorry to hear about the moth infestation, you didn’t need that just as you arrive on your break 😣 and sorry to hear your back and shoulder are troubling you again, I do hope you’re feeling a bit better for your little holiday this week and are able to enjoy it, as they say a change is as good as a rest.

As you say a change is as good as a rest so we’ll make the most of it and just enjoy being here, relaxing, mooching around and even the odd walk when weather and body allow.😉 I hope you have improved since last I heard? There’s always something eh?
A frog pattern sounds interesting . I look forward to seeing the end result. I’ve just finished a wee human character I’ve knitted in Christmas colours so I’ll show you when I finish putting him together. I feel lost without my knitting so have brought some with me 😁.

Thank you, Rudy’s going home later, I’ve given him a hug from you 🥰 he loves a hug 🤗. I have moments where I feel a bit better then it all goes downhill, I doubled my statin on Friday evening ( the one I was originally on) and felt absolutely dreadful and had a bad day yesterday so I’m not taking that again, I was ok on the lower dose but it wasn’t bringing my cholesterol down. I’ve got an appointment with the nutritionist tomorrow so that’ll be a challenge for her. I need to lose 2 stone so not sure how I’m going to do it while my mobility and diet are so limited, but I’m really hoping she can help me, it’s all very frustrating.

My cholesterol is 5.1 so not overly high but my bad cholesterol is higher than it should be, interesting that you have given up on statins for the same reasons, it all feels a bit overwhelming at the moment, maybe I should just eat cardboard 😂🙈

🤣🤣 I’ll follow the same diet as you because I too need to lose weight but can’t exercise much at present and I put on weight SO easily. I mentioned cardboard to my hubby but he said it contains rat poison these days 😳 so maybe not a good idea!🤣 Keep me posted. Bear hugs back at you. 🤗💕😘xx
