Hi there! I started my PIP application in Feb and have only just got a decision! There was a big delay scheduling my interview, that didn’t happen till 27th May, they finally sent the report 6th July and I got a decision last week! I also suffer with lupus and Fibro and was awarded the standard rate for daily living which I was happy with knowing how difficult it can be for some people to get anything at all. Hopefully you will get some positive news soon!
Hi Jan I know the feeling I have been through all this with the dwp unfortunately it's a game of sit and wait the initial waiting time is up to 3 months if its getting closer to the 3 month waiting time you can ring them although it says not to I had an the before the letter hope this helps if your not happy with the answer you can appeal it is stressful I'm on my second appeal to the tribunal I was treated so unfairly they think people will back out of the stress of it all on taking it further. So if you have any untrue words about you don't take it to personal it's their way of trying it on good luck hope you hear soon. Xx
Hi, I sent my review forms back at the end of April and still haven't heard anything. Trying not to think about it, dreading the interview!
