Dr Eve Smith and her team from Alder Hey Children’s hospital have been looking at different ways to treat lupus in young people and how looking at how specific individual targets could possibly help treatment.
Work has gone well with this project since some of you attended the last young person meeting last September.
The team would love to share an update on all of the work they have been doing over the past few months and would like to extend an invitation to another meeting. The team are looking for help to see how they can make the design of the study work better for young lupus patients and also get your ideas on how they can design their logo.
The meeting will be held online via Zoom on Tuesday 22nd March from 6-7pm .
As well as hearing about how the study has been going you will also be able to find out more about lupus and ask any questions.
Any young person that comes along will receive a £20 Amazon voucher as a thank you.
