Why not?
The steroid will be out of your system in 6 weeks and I (and most people on my home forum) are all on pred long term but are told to definitely have whatever vaccine is on offer as any protection is better than no protection. They don't know if pred prevents it working effectively or not and one assumption is that since we all get the flu vaccine and it works pretty well even though it only manages about 50% efficacy at best - we are likely to get something from a vaccine that achieves over 90% efficacy in healthy people.
Yeah of course I would probably have had it the next day if necessary! The only real contraindication is if u are unwell with a fever to be honest x
