Thank you. I tend to get it as I start going downhill, feeling unwell (this fluctuates). Would you relate that to Lupus or would my rash stay there?x
It’s for hard to tell from your photo. I think it looks a bit more like eczema or other dermatitis to be honest. I get much more pronounced version of this a lot now - especially when just so cold and I’m run down with flares - but I don’t have a diagnosis of Lupus. However I have other overlapping connective tissue diseases.
I really wouldn’t say this marking would likely be lupus unless you already have existing autoimmune diseases - in which case your GP should be willing to run a basic autoimmune panel and inflammatory markers for you. Otherwise it could just be a mild inflammatory response to anything I’d say. But the only way to find out is to either get tested privately or badger your gp
