Zentiva Hydroxychloroquine is this available?

Is this brand still made and available as I have tried to fill a prescription and they state they only have Bristol Quinoric® which I reacted very badly too

I have Zentiva named on my hospital prescription and can’t get it filled at the moment. They can only give me the Bristol Pharmaceuticals version as well. I have no alternative but to go ahead and take what they can give me as I am frightened to stop taking my HCQ completely. My husband is due to go and try and pick this up from the pharmacy shortly - they have been ringing round since the start of the week to see if they can get either Zentiva or Blackrock for me but with no success.

I see so many react badly to the Bristol Quinoric® and my Rheumy told me never to take it - Totally unsure what to do now

I have a lot of gastro issues like many of us do so I am worried about the possible side effects of the Quinoric. Only you can decide what is best for you but I have decided to try taking it - I will just have to stop if the side effects are too bad. I've got a telephone appointment with my rheumatologist next week so I will ask her about the problem too although I don't expect her to have any magic answers.
