Hi everyone 🤗

It's drab n dreary here which is the kind of weather that suits me 😹

I've been having real problems getting dressings for my hands n feet..namely 4ply gauze..we order them on prescription n the probs r with the pharmacy..when hubby goes to get the prescription we have been told that they can't get them..at one time n I kid u not they actually said to hubby that these swabs can be sold on the black market!!! OMG!! I was gonna send hubby in with pics of my feet..the soles of my feet I might add..I have pics that would make any person sick!!

So I have to call my surgery n the fab dressings nurse there gives me dressing as well..she's been tiding me over lately n I have been economising!!

This week hubby went to get another prescription for creams n he was presented with a big bag of dressings that I hadn't ordered this particular time..it turns out that it's what was owed to us!! 😹😹

So I've now got loads of 4ply gauzes!! Anyone wanna buy any gauze? 🤫🤫 I'll do u decent deal!! 🤫🤫

This carving's called 'Wake up n smell the flowers'...it's hand carved on lime wood. I drew it..hubby carved it..n then I finished it sanding n adding the dark bits by burning the wood!! It's one of our oldest carvings n came with us when we went on the road..it's been outdoors n now it's inside again n I think it's weathered really well!!

It's such a relief knowing that I've got all the kit to manage my particular form of lupus!!

Hmmm probably best not to take your hat off for us though...UV rays n all that!?!?! 😹😹
