I wish for comfy days

I think it definitely worsen as times Go by for sure I call it old befor my time can hardly walk from this crippling diease. I have injection once a week to try help. Numbs me up a bit. But still extremely painful and tiering . I do slot of research on the matter as I also have sever reactions to foods added things chemical etc sweeteners. All to do with emuine system acts in reverse. Shirts me down . Bad banging head . Sleep most of the day . It's hard I know but all I do is plod on regardless . What else can you do !!!!.
