Unexplained rash after 2week flolan infusion

I had a 2weeks treatment of flolan infusion which ended on friday. I noticed a small pimple on my left jaw line on thurday and noticed another one on my chick on friday after my last infusion. I felt it might just be stress after the last treatment.

But Saturday every thing was ok when I just decided to scratch an itch in my back and i found another rash with a bit of water when I scratched it open. I had a few more on my face which looked like rash but one more in my back had water. They are tiny and itchy at times. I went to 2 pharmacist, one said it might be a reaction to the treatment that it doesn't look like chicken pox. While d 2nd pharmarcist said it may be chicken pox. She said I should use calamin lotion, take painkillers.

I was looking forward to enjoying the weekend with my cousin and her kids that came visiting. But now am so scared to stay in d same room with them. My son had chicken pox last year and my mum had shingles but i didn't get it. My doctors said i was immune to it .

I had a throat infection that lasted more than 2week and i just finished my antibiotics this Friday. How come i picked up chicken pox while on antibiotics & a flolan infusion. The rash is even in my scalp.

I am going to see my gp 2mro. I have an ENT appointment 2mro and a Bulimimab infusion on Tuesday.

I am sad , covered up in calamin lotion , I am sad thats the only word that comes to mind SAD.

That is awful! I sincerely hope it goes away soon. I know this isn’t any consolation but I really hope you can find a way to cheer up soon. It’s important to take time to be sad and to grieve, take all the time you need. This too shall pass. Praying for you 💕
