Hi There. Day 5 in the .. Albert Ward. Eventually had mri lower limbs, echo, lung function tests yesterday. Awaiting cardiac mri and nerve tests. I’m getting no sleep- so Lupus symptoms getting worse. Awaiting results but lung function specialist indicted that my results were abnormal 😞. I’ve been SOB for about a month, when heart failure was diagnosed. Basically my results were in keeping with Mixed Connective Tissue Disease. 😢. I’ll keep you posted xx

Good luck and stay strong. Hope it's all sorted and you're feeling better soon.

Been wondering how it's going for you. It can be a brutal business. As well as your clinical tests, of course, it seems that you are getting the standard stress testing that is offered to all inpatients i.e. sleep deprivation and malnutrition.

I guess it would have been a bit odd if your lung function tests had come up with nothing given your history of sob. You should at least have a much clearer understanding of what is gong on soon.

Sending good thoughts x
