Rash back of upper arm

Good morning

Does anyone get this kind of rash on the backs of the tops of their arms. No itching but this area is always freezing cold to touch. I've had them for about 6 month flare up and calm down but never totally go away. I have PS and Raynauds. Thank you 😊xx

Thank you for your reply. I wondered if it was a reaction to Hydroxychloroquine. Thanks if I get any answers I will post. Hope you are well and staying safe xx

I am not on hydroxychloroquine, mine is cold and dermy said lots of red dots under skin when looked with scope but still no answers 🤷‍♀️ Yes do post if you get answers, I will likewise but don’t hold your breath 🙈Well as can be Thankyou 🙏 and likewise hope you are safe and well 🤗x

I have keratosis pilaris that looks a lot like that and is not itchy unless my skin gets too dry. Cerave makes a wonderful cream with SA in it that works wonderfully for my arms.
