Waiting on blood tests is this lupus rash?

Hi sorry very new here. In a bad place right now and been poorly for over a month. Run down, sore everywhere, very tired, swelling, lost about 16lb in just over a month without trying (not complaining about that part) My left eye has been swelling up and had a sore rash that continued to my left cheek. Hands been swollen but mainly my left. Now my right has decided to join in today! Been waiting over a week to hear if my blood tests can confirm doctors concern over it being Lupus. Could someone take a look at my pictures and tell me if they believe it to look like a lupus rash or something else? Feel so low at the mo...

Hi , it's very difficult to know really lupus rashes vary such a lot and some people get it on both cheeks and across the nose which is why it is described as the butterfly rash as it looks like a butterfly , other people just get it on one side , it varies a lot in severity aswell and some with lupus may not have any rash at all . Best to let your doctor look at it , if he thinks you have lupus I'm sure he would want to see the rash and hopefully your blood results will be back soon and if you have lupus you can start treatment .

Can't help you with attaching the other photo sorry I'm useless at that sort of thing . My lupus started with a rash all over my hands and joint pains . Try not to worry and if your blood tests do confirm you have lupus there are lots of treatments and people on here will answer any questions and concerns you have , take care x

Thanks so much for replying, nice to have someone to talk to when facing something I haven't any idea about. I had the test done last Wednesday and was told they would be back in a week but still no results as of yet How long did you wait for yours? I hope you are all keeping as well as can be. My rash on my hands right now is so sore and itchy. I have small tiny red blisters on my fingers and in between and they are driving me crazy!

I am sorry to hear that you have been feeling poorly. Extreme fatigue and joint/muscle aches and pains tend to be the two common symptoms of lupus.
