I've suffered with TN on/ off for years......... I can't describe in words how painful it is........ Is it related to lupus? I'm newly diagnosed with lupus

Pain all night again without sleep omg I don't know how much more of this I can take

TN is no fun as can be very painful. You need to see your GP who can prescribe painkillers that are good for nerve pain like Amitriptyline which will aid sleep, Gabapentin or Pregabalin. All the best .
