My left side is feeling very weak, it’s always my worst side but it’s getting worse. Today my arm and leg feel very itchy, and like burning oil is spitting on them. I have also noticed that if I run my right hand along the inside of my left arm my thumb goes pins & needles. Does this sound like a lupus thing?
Thank you xx

Sounds like nerve pain/ neuropathy to me. I have it all the time everywhere to greater or lesser extent - but I have Sjögren's rather than Lupus so can't answer whether it is a Lupus thing or not.
Sometimes the peripheral nerves coming away from the spine can directly or indirectly be effected by Lupus - sometimes it can be a vasculitis problem. Its something that needs specialists attention - just to rule out some of these things. Like twitchy said - peripheral neuropathy can happen too.
Hi, it is very frustrating and you never know if they are linked or not and is it worth seeing the dr about it. I hope you are doing as well as possible. Xx
Yes..that seems to be the problem..is everything related to Lupus?? Probably not....so either way, the new symptom should be checked if it doesn't clear up?? I don't know, I do know that I had a lot of Lupus symptoms yet I got to the point of saying" I was fine" when I went for routine check ups, before my RASH that the DRS couldn't say it was all in my head HA! I am doing well enough right now..xx
