You should be getting the full amount. They did the same thing to me. Well let's hope when new government things improve.

So sorry you've had your pip money cut. Have you got the help of Citizens Advice for your appeal?. Good luck, hope common sense prevails. X
Appeal the decision, make sure you answer your assessment questions in relation to your worst days not your best . Look at your previous assessment ( If you have one if not get a copy ) the fact that lupus will affect all your activities of daily living due to pain, fatigue, mobility, sleep, and the variability of the condition you would need some help with all. Take someone with you to your assessment for support we become tongue tied when alone, another person can also back your answers and add to the assessment good luck x
Hi there, definitely appeal and go to Tribunal if needed. I wish you luck but moreover Justice tbh. I have been told that money advice unit is very good at helping so its very worth giving them a call for help.
I got awarded standard rate for both parts Jan 2015 only awarded for 2 years. I never bothered appealing because I'm snowed under bringing up 3 boys on my own, one of which with Autism. Bloody Atos then had the audacity to review me a year early (I'm worse not better) and hi will bet my last £ that they will be cutting out my care element because I know they are targeting people trying to claw back money from the disabled and ill, there are thousands of us being targeted. I will definitely appeal when I've heard back from them, and be getting help from Money Advice, and Disability Rights UK.
Keep us posted on how you get on, don't let them do this to you.
Claire x
You need to ring them and ask for a mandatory reconsideration and a copy. Of the statement of reason send in more evidence or resend the evidence again sometime they can go astray if still same outcome you can go to appeal
