Could this be lupus?

Hi I'm brand new to this and hope you can help??? I've a long list of symptoms and some blood results, my main symptoms are nausea day & night, muscle & joint pain, tiredness even after 10 hours sleep, headaches, red cheeks & nose (some spots), twitching left eye for 3 weeks, sore red eyes, palpitations & dizzynes, low vit D, satisfactory full blood count and waiting for ANA result. My mam was recently diagnosed with srogens (sorry for spelling)

Hi Sarah

Interesting your Mum has been diagnosed with an immune illness!. Your symptoms could be too. If you get a positive ANA result your GP should refer you to a Rheumatologist, if they don't push for it as it shows there's something immune going on. Good luck X
