Not sure if it is a bad flare or not

For the last three days i have been wiped out with a fever hot and cold mostly cold want to know if this is start of bad flare so week and have the usually lupus pain s in back and rib and shoulders and of coarse no one to Speek to can any tell me when it gets better

Sorry to read your poorly. Could you go to your GP to have a blood test to see if it's an infection or a flare?. If a flare then your treatment dose could be adjusted to help you. Are you on steroids?. I hope you improve soonX

Thank for your reply not on steroids didnt work the last time and trying to get a gp appointment is like trying to win the lotto

Does Lupus cause back pain and rib pains? My hubby massages me every night with my skin creams but the last week or so the ribs across my back have felt very painful when he goes over those. I have been very fatigued since May and aching. Couldn't walk the other day without having severe pain up my tibia bones, like chronic shin splints. I will be interested to see your replies. Hope you feel better soon Limerick5. Sucks to be so tired and achey but have to get on with life and work no matter.
