Fed up big time!! Ill again.

Hi guys sorry to moan again but I'm really fed up! Not been well for ages struggling with my sinuses, last night I ended up in a&e with severe dizziness I literally couldn't stand up! Got told my doc its vertigo! So on top if lupus n sinusitus I now have vertigo I cant do anything! My family are getting frustrated with me coz I keep going and don't rest but if I stopped every time I'm not well I would never do anything!!! Feel like I cant moan to my family so I have on here. Just wondered if anyone else suffersI with sinus problems n vertigo?

Yeah, couldn't stand for about 6 months...had low serum ferratin and swollen lymph nodes...was told by lupus doc that is was probably a Lupus symptom (years later)...I get dizzy quite a lot but not as severe. Sinus issues from time to time, suppose it's down to inflammation or could be just an unlucky cold...

I know what you mean, if you rested everytime you were ill you would never see day light (we're always ill!)

Moan away and get it off your chest, we understand you!

Has the sinusitis gone into your ears? An ear infection could cause dizziness, although it could just be your sinuses. I have menieres disease so I know that vertigo is awful. Have they given you any meds? Betahistamine for the vertigo? Or Buccastem for the nausea?

Hi my sinuses have been awful for years and I use sudafed but recently I had a really awful stomach bug and couldn't drink my regular lattes, which I drank for the extra calcium. Was off them for about a week and developed a taste for tea then pow realised my sinuses were better!!!!!!!

It could be a fluke but have you considered you might have an allergy or intolerance it something your eating?

That's so interesting! I've been on teas for months but lately I have been having coffees too, I haven't focused on the sinuses although now I'm thinking about it, I have been more blocked up than usual. Can it be as simple as this, how wonderful!
