I have had swelling in my right hip and thigh after a hip replacement in 2006. I have worn compression hose but they do not cover the area needed. Does anyone know where I can buy waist down compression garments?

Are you in the US or UK? A number of manufacturers provide ‘capri’ style garments - some call them ‘chaps’ - if you tell us where you are we will try and find a solution.

If you’re swelling is localised to your hip and thigh you might find one or more of these below would work. I have trunkal LE with my right hip/tummy/lower back being a big problem area . I have custom measured Juzo and Haddenham garments but have tried the below over the counter products and found them much more effective than standard bike shorts or Spanx. There are a few web compression retailers in the US that stock Solidea compression.
