Thumb Twitching with Anxiety

It's been such a long time since I've posted here. In 2020 My wonderful Mum died from Covid and I've been on antidepressants and anxiety medicine. Over the last few weeks my thumb has been twitching and getting me down. I've been told the doctor they will up the dose of the medicine in the coming weeks. I've been feeling run down, feeling slow and very sad. Is twitching normal?

So so sorry for your loss CardiffGirl80 I don’t know the reason for your thumb twitching but know that grief can bring on so many things. It’s good to keep in touch with your dr and get their help .
