Tired achy twitching eyes!!

I've been so tired lately. My eyes are constantly burning ... They are so tired the lights bother me .. My right eye has been twitching for a week or so. I've tried more sleep, less screen time, eye drops for dryness and allergies, facial massage.. I don't know how else to deal with this. Don't know if my eyes are working over time due to anxiety or its allergies or something more. Anyone know any fixes?

I have had this for a couple of weeks now and any the docs said any eye twitching is traditionally related to tension. It's not dangerous but definitely super annoying !. I hope it gets better soon.

Ugh sorry to hear. Mine lasted about a week but seems to have finally gone away now
