I would see a Doctor

Hello & Welcoe emmamyrna24 :-)

It is always so frightening when we have anxiety and we feel something must be wrong with us physically as we always think it will be the worse scenario and yet it never is :-)

I am sorry you have been battling bronchitis but hope that has sorted itself out now you have had a course of antibiotics and I can say whenever I take antibiotics they always upset my stomach to which can be one of the side effects of them

Not sure how long you have been of the antibiotics but I would give it a few days , see if it settles down ( which normally it will ) drink plenty of fluids and if your system is still upset after a few days then see your Doctor and get reassurance if needed :-)

Let us know how you get on :-)

Take Care x
