Funny weird head sensation
Hello Cwoods
I missed you yesterday
This is what I call a feeling like an elastic band tightening around my head which comes down to it been a tension headache , I get them often
The only thing is till you relax ( easier said than done when you get this feeling ) but it is the only thing that makes it move on but it will
Take Care x
awww tension headache uugh my ears are tense so i guess that makes sense i replied to the post weekly check in but replied late and forgot we are on different time zones hehe.
Yes it can make your ears hurt to , they are not nice , try and relax best you can it will go , maybe get a cold cloth and lay down with it on your forehead
O now I have given up the post I missed looking late last night but will take a little peep x
Hi there pal ~ I honestly can't say I've suffered such a problem. But notice you said you are a flight attendant ( how sneaky is that you could get your pilot to come and pick us all up lol,😃) Could it have anything to do with the pressure in the cabin ~ just a thought? Make sure you keep hydrated.Could all be down to stress and lack of sleep due to the heat.
Try and rest and maybe a cold compress on your forehead might help.
Hope you feel better soon 🙂xx
thanks kitty i laughed so hard when u said about sneaking the pilot awww i needed a joke to laugh at lol yes i will keep hydrayed its really hot here in the bahamas
Well you kept that quiet lol!! Bet it's a fantastic job !! If I win the lottery you can pop over here and pick us all up.
Yep have you tried that rehydration fluid? You can make it yourself~ dead easy to make ~ have a look online.
Oh at least here in the UK it's not nearly as hot ~ we are so not used to how it was a couple of weeks ago.
Keep as cool as you can ~ see you can look cool with your sunnies on 😎😎
ooh ill look it up right away never even heard of it but sounds like something i need thank u
Give it a go ~ it's meant to be used if you have an upset tummy to replace the salts you've lost ~ but I drink it if ever I have been under the weather ~ it won't harm just to try it ~ just water a little salt and sugar 🙂
I know others have replied but sometimes I find it comforting to know lots of people can relate to how I am feeling, so thought I’d reply too!
I don’t really have anything ‘new’ to add but I do totally agree that this sounds like a tension headache- quite a common ailment but can still be really unpleasant to experience! Painkillers, plenty to drink and a nap usually make me feel better.
Hope you’re feeling better now 😊
thank u Eleanor i didnt try the painkiller because its not easing at all its becoming very annoying now its like a throbbing feeling now and im worrying about it which makes it worse i do need a nap tho
Try painkillers and definitely see if you can have a nap, or at least a lie down with your eyes closed. I’ve had quite a bad headache today too. Headaches can be really painful but still harmless. Try not to worry about it, rest and see how you feel afterwards.
Hope your feeling a better by now. I've read some of the replies so wont repeat the same advice. I always struggle with sleep when I'm away from home especially with pillows even at my Mum's. Top tip take your own pillow with you next time you go away. Can't be easy it your constantly having to alter your body clock either. Flying makes me very dehydrated perhaps due to the air conditioning.
