Does vitamin K make a difference to how you fee,l even if you are not on warfarin. I am asking because before I had my life saving Heart attack and was put on anticoagulants. I noticed that some days I was much more muddled headed. I was only on Asprin

I would suggest no but it could cause a difference in how we feel. Vitamin K is a 'coagulant' whilst warfarin is a 'anti-coagulant' Aspirin is also a type of anti-coagulant but not as strong as warfarin.
If the vitamin K level in the body is high whilst not on sufficient anti-coagulation then you could be experiencing micro clots or your blood is stickier causing you to feel sluggish because needed oxygen levels cannot be supplied in sufficient quantity.

Lucky is right you may not make a diffrence in your emotion but if your blood thickens up to much (you would have to take either pure Vit K or an excessive amount ) it could and would make your brain fog etc come back.

I was told to stay away from everything with Vitamin K in it, although I do eat a good salad every now and then!!!
You can eat anything you want, just be consistent. If you eat three salads this week, eat three next week. Change is what causes the vit k to bother the inr.

Vitamin K is responsible for NORMAL blood clotting, the reason people need to take care when on warfarin is it interferes with the way warfarin works and that is why people whose INR has got too high gernerally get given a large dose of vitamin K.
It should not be an issue for people who are not on warfarin.
