Hi everyone,
Here's what I cooked today as I was baking anyway so I cooked a few portions of this so I've plenty for another day.
The roasted new potatoes sweet potatoes and squash I coated in ginger and black pepper and roasted in a roasting pan in coconut oil.
I had it with red onions red pepper kale broccoli stems and green beans cooked in a sauce of sesame seeds ground linseeds and ground quinoa and more spices with a little stock. (This is plant based and gluten free)
