Hi folks, I hope y'all beating well. Can anyone advise on a healthy flapjack type of recipe if there is something around as I am a manual worker & need energy boosts through the day.
Many thanks

Welcome to the Healthy Eating group, SaxmanAD .
Has your doctor suggested any changes to your diet/type of food to eat? Are you allergic to any food/drink?
Cereals are one of the biggest contributors to obesity, you're better off eating a sausage roll.
Talking about oats here my man

Hey Saxman,
A friend of mine recently started making their own 'cereal bars' (it's basically flapjack) filled with seeds and nuts to give them more protein/energy. Might be an idea you could use? They tend to put in sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds. You could also add honey and/or raisins to add a bit of flavour.
Should be good for energy and the nuts will be healthier than a normal flapjack!
