Crockpot Mediterranean Fish stew πŸ˜‹

I have made this Stew a couple of times now in the Crockpot .I have done using both the 'Slow cook' method and also the 'Pressure cook' method.

Both were nice but I think I prefer the 'pressure cook' adding the Fish after the pressure cook has finished, then saute the Fish in the stew for around 7 minutes.

Both methods are explained in the recipe.

Again, I used my homemade bone broth as the base .
