Okay people- gas and beans!

I don't think I ever belched so much in my life as I have been since plant-based! We do fish 2 times a week; chicken once a week; and plant-based the rest of the week.

Is it possible to eat too many chickpeas and legumes?

Beans have a lot of fiber in them, it takes our digestive systems time to get used to digesting them properly :)
