Pinched this one from slimming world it was very easy and very satisfying !
Serves 2
2 chicken breasts, 1 carrot cut into battons , 1 cup frozen peas , 5 broccoli florets , 2 low fat sausages cut in half and wrapped in bacon medallions , 200mls chicken stock , 1 tin baby potatoes drained and halved ( salt and pepper to taste ) just Chuck it all together and roast on 200 degrees c for aprox 30 mins or till chicken is thoroughly good but not to dry !!!!
